Bank of Scotland Treasury is the integrated, UK based treasury of the HBOS Group. Our Australian branch is the single integrated Treasury business for HBOS Australia, supporting our growth by managing the liquidity and wholesale multi-currency funding for the Group and providing risk management services and products to our clients.

Back of Scotland Treasury also has a branch in Australia.

The Treasury business continues to make great strides in supporting the growth of HBOS Australia, having developed a significant funding base and a number of large sized debt issues in the Australian and New Zealand bond markets.

Having been awarded Prime Paper status by AFMA (Australian Financial Markets Association), we're a significant issuer of A1+ rated short term debt in Australia with issuance of more than A$21 billion. To capture the full value of our funding and sales operations, we have an active trading business across a full range of asset classes.

With exposure to wholesale multi-currency funding, debt capital issuance, asset securitisation and market risk, Bank of Scotland Treasury continues to grow, investing strongly in our people, products and systems.
