Our Culture
At HBOS Australia, different businesses mean different cultures.
The culture of our retail division, BankWest, is necessarily different
from that of our corporate division, BOS International, or our insurance
and investment division, St Andrew's.
While it's not our aim to make our colleagues 'fit' into just one
culture, we do share a single vision and approach to the way we do
business.
Regardless of our team, role or location, we're all striving to make
HBOS Australia a major Australian financial services company. We do this
by sharing a set of values that reflect the dynamic nature of all our
